Ilkey Trial May 2006, Sword Point 1 : Sword Point was a simple blast throught the woods, with a couple of diversions to keep everyone on their toes. Unfortunately the rain meant that many of the cars had great difficulty even getting to the start line, let alone getting away.

Ilkley May 2006, Wilson's Wood : Wilson's wood, was quite literally set in a wood. Unfortunately the rain had set in for the day by the time the trial got here. The motor bikes and classes 6, 7 and eight had to divert round a bush and climb a steep root covered step, which got steeper and more slippy as the day went on. Very few cars cleared this obstacle. Class 7 was complete failure, in spite of some valient efforts.
