Yorkshire Dales Classic Trial
The Yorkshire Dales Classic Trial was organised by the Airedale and Pennine Motor Car Club to occupy the date left by the demise of the Ilkley Trial. It used many sections already used by the Ilkley trial , and many of the key personnel from the Ilkley transferred as well. The start was changed to Pateley Bridge, which appeared to be nearer some of the action, and is a charming town, which proved very welcoming.
Overall, judging by competitors reactions the trial was well received, and should prove popular.
