Blue Hills 1 is a short U turn through a water splash, followed by a vicious climb out over cobles. More capable classes had to restart up the cobbles.

519, Class 0, Marlin 3500 cc, Owen Ingram & Tim Williams. Class 0 cars had the option of by pasing both Blue Hills 1 and 2, but this car tackled both.

543, Class 0, Dellow, Steve Lister & Ruth Ross had a long wait at the bottom of Blue Hills 2, while the previous car was cleared.
