It was the first time I'd been to Cowcombe, set in a wood, but this time of year most of the available light got through. section started with a sharp turn, which nearly caught one or two out, followed by a bank, a sharp left turn, then a right turn up a short steep incline, with a restart for most classes. The photos are taken of the fuirst turn and the bank. As it was the final section of the event it was dark before the final competitors went through. michael Robins's BMW(62) lostdrive at the top of the bank, and had to be left in the turning to be recovered at the end of the trial.
